The Care module provides an aggregated view of all messaging elements of the Traffic Control platform.

It’s purpose is to provide Customer Care staff with a complete view of all subscribers messaging transactions, enabling them to respond to queries relating to message delivery status or problems experienced with the messaging service.

The module provides a Web GUI that allows these personnel to perform ad-hoc queries against a database of recent messaging transactions and against messages currently queued for delivery. They can view a history of how complex messaging transactions were processed, such as delivery via IMS, or how messages were blocked as a result of a subscriber defined blacklist.
