What you will be doing as a Head of Customer Projects and Programmes
As the Head of Customer Projects and Programmes, you will be responsible for leading our customer centric and highly functional Project Management team, who constantly overachieve on providing a superior service to our clients and also secure improved margins on projects they are responsible for. You will also be responsible for owning our Smart Services Mobilisation Programme and you will be driving the new service P&L along with establishing a cross functional plan for success.
What you will be responsible For
- As the Head of Customer Projects and Programmes, Customer Projects and their success will be your overall responsibility. You will own relationships with Senior Level Management within our customers and make sure that all targets are being met and overall satisfaction of our customers are being exceeded.
- Revenue Achievement of the department will be a key requirement for this role and you will have the responsibility for improving margins while we scale revenue.
- You will be leading a team of customer centric and overachieving Project Managers to continue to exceed customer satisfaction targets and you will be ensuring that they can function at their required level to overachieve for customers.
- The Head of Customer Projects and Programmes, will also drive the new service offering P&L and be responsible for the successful mobilisation of the new service value chain to meet sales forecasts.
- You have proven experience in successfully leading a project/service department to deliver great customer outcomes and improved financial performance along with previous experience of managing the P&L of the department.
- You have success at securing process-based service delivery and leading teams consistency in metric-based outcomes along with experience at mobilisation of cross-functional requirements to establish new customer services.
- You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
- Customer focus and the ability to work cross-functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
