What you will be doing as a IT Systems Administrator

As the IT Systems Administrator with Openmind, you will develop and execute on a strategy to manage all of Openminds IT Systems and Infrastructure. With employees distributed worldwide, we are looking for an IT Manager that can help us streamline our employee onboarding, device procurement, SaaS application management and provisioning, and security and compliance considerations.

What you will be responsible For

Serve as the main point of contact for Openminds IT Service Support for Employees
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, server admin, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative along with providing ServiceNow Admin support.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software and manage 3rd party contracts
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory and be heavily involved in the onboarding and offboarding for employees

Requirements

The IT Systems Administrator will have worked in a similar role and will have held responsibility for an organization’s IT Systems and Infrastructure previously.
You will be comfortable providing IT support to employees, Providing Servier Admin support, and looking after 3rd party contracts.
You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
Customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
