What you will be doing as a Revenue Accountant Specialist

The Revenue Accounting Specialist will provide accurate and timely financial information regarding recurring revenue and will constantly be working towards a realistic quarterly cash collection plan. In this role, you will become an expert in recurring revenue for Openmind Networks and be the single point of contact for all queries regarding order expiry dates, revenue types, and invoicing for recurring revenue customers.

What you will be responsible For

  • The Revenue Account Specialist will calculate and report monthly recurring revenue and insure that invoices that are related to recurring revenue are raised in a timely manner.
  • You will manage the order book and report monthly orders to CFO along with working with Senior Management to discuss imminent orders to maximise revenue.
  • As the Revenue Account Specialist, you will be responsible for cash collection and ensuring tat all invoices are collected in a timely manner.
  • You will be assisting the Revenue & Management Accountant with the Year-end financial audit and assisting the Finance Manager in the timely and successful completion of the audit.

Requirements

  • You will be a Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years experience of working in a Revenue accounting role.
  • Previous experience working in a Global environment over a few different currencies and working with senior management would be greatly beneficial for this role.
  • You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
  • Customer focus and ability to work cross functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
