What you will be doing as a Technical Sales Consultant

As a Technical Sales Consultant with Openmind Networks you will work with the Sales team and be the technical expert once it comes to our products for our existing customers and prospective customers. You will clarify the needs and requirements of our clients and proactively devise solutions and assess their feasibility, practicality and demonstrate technical feasibility using physical or simulation models. As a Technical Sales Consultant you will Produce approved estimates of cost and risk and initial project plans to inform sales proposals along with resolving technical problems with Service Design and Engineering for clients globally.

What you will be responsible For

  • As a Technical Sales Consultant you will be responsible for generating competitive winning proposals which aligns with the Customers Evaluation process on a continuous basis.
  • You will also be generating profitable and winning bid strategies for client proposals, along with driving bid reviews for prospective and existing clients.
  • Technical expertise is your main area of strength and you will be the point of contact for clients and other members of the Openmind Networks Team for queries in relation to possible products and implementations for the clients.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer who has 5+ years of experience in the ‘real time service delivery area’ in the cloud, AI/Neural Network or Devops Industry.
  • You are a technical individual who has a strong track record in the consultative sales area and have a passion for winning bids whilst producing an exceptional service for clients.
  • You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
  • Customer focus and ability to work cross functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
