What you will be doing as a Delivery Operations Engineer

As the Delivery Operations Engineer you will be responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, and testing new/upgraded customer solutions within a continuous software delivery process and automated test environment. You will be responsible for surpassing customer expectations in solving incidents and problems, and proactively supporting our global customers.

What you will be responsible For

  • As the Delivery Operations Engineer, you will deliver projects from startup to completion, on time and to budget with minimum supervision.
  • You will be proactive, customer focussed, and be aware of project milestones and timelines in order to mitigate any potential risks.
  • It is critical that as the Delivery Operations Engingeer that you Resolution of customer incidents and problems are always achieved within SLA and the number of total open tickets is continuously maintained within target levels


  • You have Linux Administration experience and be familiar with the Telecoms or IT/DevOps Environment. 
  • You are at ease when dealing with customers and have strong experience in the customer satisfaction area.
  • You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
  • Customer focus and the ability to work cross-functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
