What you will be doing as a Service Operations Engineer

As a Service Operations Engineer you will be responsible for surpassing customer expectations in solving incidents and problems, and proactively supporting our global customers as part of a world-class Service Operations team.

What you will be responsible For

 

  • Working as the Service Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the resolution of customer incidents  within SLAs agreed with the client.
  • You will be ensuring  customer satisfaction of open cases and measuring customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
  • The Service Operations Engineer will ensure that open tickets are continuously maintained within target levels.
  • You will ensure that Service Operations team OKRs are consistently been achieved.

Requirements

  • You will have strong experience in a customer facing technical support role and also be proficient in Linux Administration.
  • The Service Operations Engineer will have strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. 
  • You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
  • Customer focus and ability to work cross functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
